CHRISTMAS TREE PACKAGE

Bring your cameras to Pierre and snap a shot of the one hundred decorated Christmas trees set up in the Capitol Rotunda from Nov. 26 to Dec. 26 open daily from 8am to 10 pm. See the state web site listed below for other weekend activities at the capitol. While there, walk down to Capitol Lake and visit the memorials. Watch the hundreds of Canada Geese and ducks that winter in Pierre.

Take time to visit Pierre Flower Shop for Cookies and hot apple cider. They have a great display of Department 56 collectable houses and over 8,000 poinsettias.
